Do you install?
No. We assess, model and evidence. If you want an installer, we can introduce one. How that works.
What areas do you cover?
Wales and the South West of England. Most of our work is in rural Wales (Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire) and in Cornwall. For a portfolio spread wider than that, ask; it depends on the numbers.
What does an assessment involve?
A visit with the occupier present, usually one to two hours for a house. We measure, photograph and record the construction, heating, ventilation and condition, and talk through how the home is used. The energy model and the report follow from that visit. For a portfolio we batch the visits by area.
Do you work with my existing coordinator or installer?
Yes. We regularly do the assessment, modelling and evidence for jobs that another coordinator signs off, and we support installers with audit responses and supplier queries. Tell us who is coordinating the job and we fit in.
What happens after I get in touch?
Matt reads every enquiry and replies himself. For a single property, expect a short call to agree what is needed and a date. For a portfolio, a list of addresses lets us do the desk review first and come back with a plan and a price.
